Who we are

Food to Die For is a partnership encompassing a total of 36 years of catering and restaurant experience. Our motto is “We rock every occasion, that’s how we roll.” Each and every event is given the personal touch down to the smallest detail by a staff of trained professionals. Our primary business is entertainment catering at various music venues and arenas in Charlotte, NC and the southeast. We are currently branching out into event catering.

Melissa Myer earned her culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. She began her career in corporate catering and added entertainment catering in 1999.

The menu reads like the specials at a trendy upscale restaurant –heirloom tomato gazpacho, wild caught grilled salmon with local honey-garlic and eggplant sauce, gnocchi tossed in pear water, multi-colored baby potatoes with mission fig butter, and cauliflower puree with fried plantains.
